Anne O'Connor began teaching art clubs at her children's school in 2017, and officially launched The Schoolhouse Studio in December 2021.  Anne is an artist and graphic designer and mom of three, who discovered the joys of making art with kids while doing projects with her own children, and planning activities for their birthday parties.

In 2021, Anne recruited her husband Ed Lam to become a partner in the business.

Ed  is an illustrator and author, youth baseball coach, and crafty dad. He's locally famous for his traffic-stopping Halloween decorations, snow sculptures, and sand sculptures, and for creating elaborate Halloween costumes for his kids.

Over the last few years, with the help of our wonderful instructors, the Schoolhouse Studio's enrichment programs have expanded to over 25 locations in Westchester County and nearby areas.
